It can quickly scan the 3D data of surface, any free form objects,
any hole, groove, fracture surface. With the mixed phase technique,
3D scanner can scan a surface once, and the speed is very fast, and
millions of data can be got in less than 3 seconds.
High-precision(Automatic Landmark Splicing)
Provide the function of automatic landmark splicing, when scanning
the objects can be arbitrary rotating and moving. The formation of
3D measurement data will be got by split joint of the marks, so as
to realize the omnibearing scanning. So it can reduce the corner
pocket sand blind spot.
The target can be repeated scanning, after, it will automatically
splice the point cloud data, and will automatically delete. Also
you can first get the mark point frame, and then start scanning
from any angle, convenient operation, and single scanning precision
is up to ± 0.01.
Long lifetime
With the LED light source, the service life can be above 35000h.
High resolution (High measuring accuracy, the global error is small)
The global calibration of error makes sure that the scanning data
is not layering. It can scan large objects, with the global error
correction, can eliminate the accumulated error.
Simple operation
The operation interface is concise, and it is easy to learn. With 2
- 3 days’ training, you can be practiced.
Flexible output data
Any arbitrary sampling rate data can be educed, and then automatic
integration; after the sampling, the point cloud data arrangement
doesn't change, and the technology can make up for the deficiency
of the late processing software.
A variety of data format can be formed for other soft wares
including obg,sfl,ply,asc,ac,pif and so on. Also can be converted
to AutoCAD, Geomagic Studio, Rapid Form, ImageWarepost, and then
carries on the post-processing.
Easy to carry
The hardware system is smaller in size, less land occupation, no
noise, easy assembly and disassembly, convenient to carry, not
affected by environment, and is not influenced by the size limit
